Apprenticeship
The Apprentice Estimator is an employee who is in training to become a professional Estimator.
During the apprenticeship and while under the guidance of an estimator, he/she will gain a basic knowledge of estimating construction projects related to building and renovations.

Carpentry
Apprenticeship
Professional carpenters contribute to a variety of jobs throughout a project and are responsible for bringing blueprints to life. Carpenters rely on specialized techniques to measure, cut, join, erect, and finish materials for jobs of all sizes.

Once approved through the DC Apprenticeship Office and registered with ABC Metro Washington, we serve as an intermediary with your new apprentice

We work to ensure attendance at work and apprenticeship classes.

We track and replace if required.

HVAC + Building Maintenance
Program
Learn and practice the principles and applications of HVAC and EPA section 608 refrigerant practices. Participation in this class will give you practical, hands on experience with newer hi-efficiency heating and cooling equipment and practice in recovery and troubleshooting. You will learn industry standards and safety practices presently in place for this changing field.

How Does It Work?
For construction companies, the Foreseeable Futures team has long been a training consultant and provider for many small and large companies throughout the Washington, DC Metro area . Our highly qualified staff managed and operate workforce training programs, pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs. We can help you assess training needs, manage recruitment efforts and continuously manage new hires to increase and productivity.
We often partner with ABC Metro Washington, Department of Employment Services and several other key stakeholders and employer partners.
Our workforce development offers tracking and intermediary services for residents enrolled in apprenticeship programs through their employer or a joint apprenticeship committee.
